Hi! I’m creating a website with GD, but I don’t understand how I can remove the /places/ part of the url. To help you understand what I need to do, I want my url to look like this:

    “mydomain.com/valencia/residencias/residencia1”

I consulted the permalinks document, but it doesn’t explain how to remove this parameter from the url. Does anyone know how to remove it?

    Mi web es : residenciadeanciano.com

    Hi knox,

Thanks for your post. That’s the CPT slug and you can’t remove it. But instead, you can change it here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/general/#settings

Then the cpt should always appear in the slug, right? there is no option to leave the “cleaner” urls without using the cpt “places” or the name you want to give it, right?

    Thanks Kor
