We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi,

    In my website, the comments/review post meta is not being displayed i.e., users cannot review or rate listings anymore.

    Please check the attachment. I am unable to find the setting that can correct this.

    You can change the listing used for preview to one that allows comments.

    Comments are enabled in each listing, and there is a general setting for all posts in WordPress Backend -> Settings -> Discussion

    Please check those settings and let us know.
