Review Rating Manager V2 will not Install

    Good afternoon – I am attempting to install the new GD V2 plug-ins. Whenever I activate the Review Rating Manager my site crashes and I get an HTTP Error 500. If I remove the Plug-In the site works fine. I have deactivated all other plug-ins except GD V2. I have tried ver 2.0.0.8 and v 1.4.1 included with the download. Please advise.

    Hello,

    to use GDV2 addons, you must first install and activate GDV2.

    Thanks Alex – I have done that – I have followed the directions. All of the other plugins are working OK – this one will not install.

    OK, please write back in a private reply with WP Admin credentials and the site login URL and we will take a look.

    The addon should be installed, but you are saying it won’t activate, that you get a 500 on activation?

    And you are trying to install the V2 of the addon with GDV2?
