    You can edit the Titles and Metas settings.
    You can find those at
    GD – Settings – General – Titles and Metas

    I see but the only texts I can change are Meta Title Search Page and Meta Description Search Page.
    Where could I find Search Results Entry Header Text? I have to edit code directly?

    Hi Kor, my Search Results Entry Header Text is already in Italian, I do not need to translate it.

    You can use the translation method to change the texts. What is it are you trying to show there?

    You will need to translate that with the PO file, or with WPML string translation.
    If your site has more than one language you should leave the setting in Titles and Metas blank
