Search Results header duplicated

    Hello,

    We are upgrading from GD v1.x to v2.x, and have run into a situation where the “Search results for: xxxx” header on the search results page is duplicated in GD v2 as many times as there are search results. (This is also happening on a category page, but does not happen on a locations page, for example.)

    We disabled all non-GD plugins and it still happens; we then switched from our template to the Twenty Weventeen template, and that fixed it, so that tells us there is some sort of incompatibility with the template we are using, which is Charitas Pro from WPLook (https://wplook.com/product/themes/non-profit/charitas-charity-nonprofit-wordpress-theme/))

    Any ideas on where to dig deeper to find and fix the incompatibility with our template?

    Hi @todd-harrison,

    the page.php template of theme have loop for header section.
    so when the page have multiple posts included in query. it repeating that header that much time.

    We can adjust the template in child theme. I checked adjusting it on local. it working perfect.

    The FTP details not working for me so if you can provide valid details, I can add it in child theme.

    Hi @todd-harrison,

    Please take a look now also working fine for search and category page.

    FTP still not seems working from filezilla but I have managed to access it with cmd.

    I have added updated page.php template in child theme.
