    Hello,

The Contact Us button is not displaying on my website: https://directory.pgnweb.com/business/real-estate-agent/finding-home-atlanta/. I have placed the Ninja Form widget in the GD Sidebar region and set it to display the GeoDirectory Contact Form, as a button, on Listing Detail Pages.

I also have a JavaScript error (Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘replace’ of undefined) in the Chrome console. Can you please help?

    Thank you,
    Quinton Jones

    Hi Cheryl Dodd,

Thanks for your post. Could you please go through this conflict test and see if it helps? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/troubleshooting/#conflict-test . If not, share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll check this out for you.

Are you using the GD Ninja Forms widget?

    OK thanks,

also, make sure you have the email field in the custom fields, and make sure the email field is included in the pricing package.

Thanks for the feedback. It was actually set to “Hide on Checked Pages”, and none of the options were checked. I’m using the Widget Options plugin. I had to set the GD Pages setting to “Listing Detail Page”, and then set the Hide/Show option to “Show on Checked Pages”, and check the GD Details, Businesses, Places, and Non-Profits options. Now the form shows. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I thought it was a scripting issue because I played around with the settings for hours trying to get it to work.
