Set Word Limit in CPT

    Hello..
    I am using WP Ver :5.2.3 & GD Ver :2.0.0.66

    Its a listing website using Supreme Directory theme. The plugins that i am using are Geo Directory, Ninja Forms, Code Snippets & Ultimate Member.

    While in CPT, I added a custom field Profile(textarea) & now i want to limit the word that a user can enter/write to maximum 240 words. I didn’t find a validation pattern though, inside the textarea custom field.

    Can this be achieved? Please do let me know.

    Validation applies to text fields.

    The main description field can have a character limit applied with the Pricing Manager addon

    Yes Alex, i checked that for the text field. I even tried it to use for description & put the code too .{0}|.{0,40} but it didnt work. Do you think it would work in my case if i replace 40 with 240? Please let me know.

    The only option i have is to play mind games with the users 😉 – Label description will now have – ” Enter max 240 words” 😉
