Social Importer not working

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Since the last update, I can not import events from Facebook. Eroor message says “something happened.”

    Hello!

    In most cases this is due to a policy change from FB (related to the election tampering reports).

    You can try refreshing your token, but both new and old apps are meeting with difficulty at this time, and a resolution is pending new policy from FB.

    I tried to reset the token and this was the message from Facebook.

    “App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.”

    That is an error on the FB setup side of things.
