    Hi There, it’s urgent fix, website is live and have promotion going on. we are facing this weird “Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.” error. it is on directory detail page http://aktionheimspiel.de/places/brillen-rottler/

    how to fix this, please advise.

    You have used Elementor basic to edit the GD Details, Archive, and Search Archive. That will not work unless you use Pro as explained here:

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/integrations/builders/

    Without Pro, you should restore those pages to the default WP Pages with the default content.

    Once you do that let us know if you still have the same issue.

    Hi 3edge,

    Issue has been fixed. There was missing country, region & city data for those listings. So it was not showing on map.

    I have corrected & set Germany, Niedersachsen, Göttingen for country, region, city.

    Please check and let us know.

    Thank you very much. I checked it is working now.

    Just want to know where you added country, region and city. I also added same in default location. but it was not working. And I didn’t find these fields in places.

    Country, region and city fields are hidden as those are default. These fields are only visible when site is running with multilocations(Location Manager) plugin.
