I setup the plugin and had the default ‘gd-home’ as the url of the listing page/map. I changed ‘places’ to ‘members’ in the post types as I want a members directory. I renamed my page ‘gd-home’ to ‘members’ along with the permalink in the page to ‘members’. The page still loads but the main map has now disappeared. If I rename the permalink back to ‘gd-home’ the map returns.

Is there somewhere else I need to change to make the top large map appear again?

You cannot use the same slug (members) twice, that will confuse WordPress.
I suggest you have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#directory to understand the different types of GD pages.

The GD Home page is not the Listings page, but the start page of your directory, showing all locations.
To add a map, use the GD Home widget areas.

If we need to check out things, post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look.

PS: please start your own topics.

    Thanks

Thank you. I have amended the widget for ‘listing’ and added the map object and it now appears on my page. So, I assume from this that the permalink cannot be altered for GD Home, it is a fixed page name.

You can change the title and slug of the page if you want: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/

    Thanks
