    Hi there,

    I have a very similar issue….

Basically i first struggled to enter the licence key(https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/), which i eventually managed (“hidden” under “plugins”, not in the generally GD tab).

That was the issue to resolve the above issue from Ruben.

    I have checked

    and
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#import
    and
read a lot in the forums…. to resolve then the import issue, but i am still getting errors with my sample data csv:

    Total 3 item(s) found.
3 / 3 item(s) could not be added due to blank/invalid address(city, region, country, latitude, longitude).
3 / 3 item(s) could not be added due to blank title/invalid post type/invalid characters used in data.

    Questions:
1.) Do i need the region?
-> if yes, is there any online service retrieving that information? I have +800 addresses to import and i am struggling to do that manually…

2.) i added the “region” manually now (easy for Berlin as the region/state is called Berlin), but is is still not working, what am i missing? Attached is my sample file…

Thank You in advanced for the support and sorry to bother you with that, but i spent already hours to resolved the longitude/latitide issue and now another +5 hours for trying to import that CSV in general,
    Benjamin

    Hi,

    please review the documentation: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/

Your file is not properly formatted, you are using semicolon as separator instead of commas (CSV = comma separated values, not semicolon).

See images attached and this link for a tutorial to fix that: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/bulk-csv-importer-now-working/#post-131913

Please NEVER post on other members tickets even if you think the problem is similar, always open your own tickets. (it’s even written in the form…)

    Thanks

Of course you are right … comma, not semicolon, i dreamed it tonight 🙁 And yes, ok, i will create separate tickets from now, just didn’t want to spam, very sorry.
