    Hello

    1. I’d like to change the star design – unrated star (default – no rating yet)

    2. And the color of the star when it has ratings.

    3. Can I upload a .png for the stars?

    Hello, you can edit the style with the multiratings addon (more info here https://wpgeodirectory.com/addons/multiratings-and-reviews/ ) see attach for the backend, or you can play with the css / images are in the folder wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-assets/images

    Sorry I overlooked, you can change the star image also without the multirating going in GD >> design >> detail >> Default Rating Settings
