    Hi There,

    Please check now. Problem was you have added add listing shortcode in “add listing” page.
    If the page selected as a “Add Listing” in GeoDirectory -> Permalinks -> Add listing page then in that page no need to insert add listing shortcode. Add listing shortcode should be used on custom page.

    I have not done any changes.
    If problem has been fixed then FTP access not required. 🙂
