    Hello,

Can you explain to me how to allow geodirectory templates to show up in the dropdown box in the page attributes sidebar? Screenshot to help show which area. I feel like the7 is the reason they are not displaying in the dropdown.

    Thank you

GD the plugin does not supply page templates in that way.
You can use the templates supplied by your theme.

At the bottom of this support page (https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/page-design/) it says that it can, unless I am completely misunderstanding it — which if so I apologize and need help trying to use the shortcodes on the archive page http://wash.runrobot.co/places/ on another page, how do I do that? whenever I try use the shortcodes anywhere else they do not work.

Try this one for a discussion about themes: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/themes/

What are you trying to do?
Want to make a list of listings?

    Try GD Listings

The default shortcodes used for GD’s category/archive pages do not work on other pages.
If you can explain what you are trying to add to another page, we can give you some more information.

GD creates automatically archive pages for each category, each category per location, each custom post type, each custom post type per location, each location. So the page you are thinking about may already exist.

    Thanks
