    Sent in an email and I’m trying to upload the themes and plugins nd keep getting a message that they have failed nod a good plugin.. can they be sent another way ? so I can use them? I’m using word press and doing what I would do if they came rom wordpress.. maybe that’s a different zip file than I’m used to..

    Make sure to upload themes as themes and plugins as plugins.

    just FYI, you registered 2 users and you are using the wrong one. That’s why it still says free user
