    Hello Paolo

    I want to participate to the addons French translations project but I saw that some of them are already at 100% in French. Is the 1 year reward still available for the addons translation in French. How does the project works ? Can’t find any notice or rules. Thank you for your help.

    Another question, is it possible to translate others languages to reach the 2000 strings? I can manage Spanish and Italian.

    Hi Alpagone,

    the rules are simple and can be found on the 1st post of this topic:

    Users that translate and submit their translation of either the GeoDirectory Core plugin, or all the Add-ons will get a Free 1 year Subscription for all GD products!

    p.s. valid only for languages that we don’t have already…

    French, Italian and Spanish are mostly done, even if you complete what’s missing you will not get enough for a prize.

    Hello Paolo,

    I have almost finished translating GD core for Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian). There are only 1830 untranslated strings now because previous translator has done 138 strings.

    I believe you stated somewhere in this forum that in order to earn the reward, a translator must at least translate 2000 strings. Am I qualified for the reward already (because the remaining 138 strings have been translated by other translator) or should I continue translating add ons to get to the 2000 limit?

    If I have to translate the add ons, would you please activate Indonesian section for add ons. Thanks.

    Hi,

    I’ve finished translating GD core Indonesian version, and it turns out I got 1920 strings.

    Please activate add ons translation for Indonesian though so I could translate them too. Thanks

    Thank you so much for the reward, really appreciate it.

    About the error, yes there is an error caused by duplicate strings. I think one of them should be removed but I don’t know how. Googled it but found no article addressing the issue.

    Let me know if you find out how and I’ll fix it immediately.

    I will start translating add ons. Thank you.
