    Hi GD Support,

I have tried to translate the following sentence into different files.
Only apparently I do not manage to do this or does the file do not take my translation.
Would you like to check my file? And why my translation does not work?

    “No Records Found
Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again.”

    – public_html / wp-content / languages / plugins / geodirectory-en_US.mo
    – public_html / wp-content / languages / geodirectory / geodirectory-en_NL.mo
    – public_html / wp-content / plugins / geodirectory / geodirectory-languages / geodirectory-en_NL.mo

In my opinion, the first location should be correct, only there GD does not take my translation.
    Where could the solution be?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

could you please share a link where I can see that error? It should be the map right?

    Let us know,

    1. I added a map on the search page so I could see the issue.
    2. Restored the original US language file in /wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-languages
    3. Deleted all NL files except from /wp-content/languages/geodirectory [wp-content/languages/plugins would be OK too but not both]
    4. Updated NL file as per https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/updating-your-language-files/
    5. Corrected an incorrect translated string: if a string has a variable in it like %s then the translation must have that variable too.

    Please check. Thanks
