    I can’t figure out on which po-File I have to translate the menu option “Listings” on the members site (buddypress, please see the screenshot). Can you please let me know which po File I have to use and where it should be stored? Many thanks for your reply!

    Sorry for my late answer. I have GD Buddypress 1.1.5.
    Can you please explain on which *.po file I have to make the translation for “Listings”, “Favorites” and “Reviews” on the member profile page? And where (path) do I have to save them?

    Thanks, I use the GDbuddypress language file and the words “listings”, “favorites” and “reviews” are translated. The path I use for the translated files is:
    wp-content/languages/gdbuddypress/gdbuddypress-de.DE.mo and
    wp-content/languages/gdbuddypress/gdbuddypress-de.DE.po
    This is the same path as it is described on your link above. Perhaps this is wrong?

    The file names are wrong, they should be gdbuddypress-de_DE.mo
    Underscore between language “de” and “locality” DE for Germany; not a dot.
