I tried to optimize my GeoDirectory via the admin panel (“Click Here To Say Yes, and Hit Save Below”). I clicked, hit save, and now I only get a

Your site is working for me.
I can see a few things that need attention, like using smaller icons for your categories, and adding the Google Map API as per https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/add-google-api-key/
If you want to use the geolocation feature, you will need a SSL certificate too.
