trouble updating

    hello I am trying to update my pluggins but i’m getting this error

    Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for reaching us. Kindly install the WP easy updates plugin and update the license key as mentioned here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates . Then you should be able to update the plugin directly without issues.

    I am using the WP easy update plugin and i have the same issue — do you have another suggestion?

    Hello Jenn,

    you may need to update the license for each plugin. This involves removing the license key, refreshing the page, and then re-adding the license key.

    Did you move or change your site URL recently? Even a change to https can trigger this need to update the licenses.
