All is working fine on our site, including transactional emails with cool logos, etc, except for this:

once we submit a company from the frontend, BEFORE people pay, user and admin receive two respective ugly emails.

We do not know where they come from. We’d like to disable them, as the listing hasnt been even paid.

I attach screenshots for guidance, but the email titles are:

    – [website] Your listing has been submitted for approval
    – [website] A new listing has been submitted for review

We are using the Invoice plugin if this is relevant.

Thanks, on GD Settings > Emails I could disable some emails and edit their look.

Under the GD Settings -> Design tab you can edit the GD email template.
