Unable to Access Add-Ons/GeoDirectory does not recognize membership?

    Hello,

    We have a membership with GeoDirectory for one of the sites we manage and we cannot access the add-ons on the website without being told we must pay for them.

    When I log into GeoDirectory, under My Account and Downloads/Licences, I can download ZIP files for these add-ons and access the license keys, but I do not know where to import the ZIP files if I cannot just activate an add-on through the WordPress GeoDirectory Extensions menu. I’ve looked everywhere for an import option and I can’t find one.

    Lastly, when we go to the Membership tab in the WordPress GeoDirectory Extensions menu, we are given the message “With our GeoDirectory Membership you get access to all our products!” which is unclear if it recognizes we have a membership or not.

    Let me know how best to proceed with accessing the add-ons for our site.

    Hello,

    You will need to install and activate WP Easy Updates. https://wpeasyupdates.com/

    You can read more about licensing addons and accessing automatic updates here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/installing-addons/

    The extensions directory is not retroactive. To use the extensions directory, you would need to deactivate any existing addons on the site and delete them, then reinstall from the extensions page after entering your membership key there. Your membership key is available from the /your-account/ page on this site.

    If you still have any problems after installing WP Easy updates, please write back with WP Admin for the site in a private reply and we will take a look and find a solution for you.
