I am unable to import places into my directory.

I created a single category and two tags.
I then created a single place entry.
Then I exported that single place entry to see the CSV format I needed to use for GD.
Then I opened that GD-CSV file using Open Office and created a few additional entries.
I then exported the modified GD-CSV sheet using comma (,) and double-quotes (“) to a new CSV file.
Then I tried to import the modified GD-CSV sheet into GD, but received the following errors:

    Total 4 item(s) found.
    1 / 4 item(s) ignored due to already exists.
3 / 4 item(s) could not be added due to blank/invalid address(city, region, country, latitude, longitude).

I am attaching the CSV file that I am using and a screenshot showing the export settings I used in Open Office. Please tell me what I am doing wrong and how to correct it.

    1. Are these categories already existing?
    2. You cannot have a default category that is not selected as a category.
    3. You should not add Post IDs when importing.
    4. Is Location Manager activated?

    Please review these links:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/definitions/#location
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/

    Thanks

When I removed the prepopulated Post IDs, the import worked.

Of my 12723 entries, 12076 were imported. The remaining ones reported bad addresses. However, it did not report which ones failed to load. I am thinking that if I exported my entries I would be able to compare which ones were not imported by showing which ones did import. Does that make sense?

Is there an audit service available to help me properly setup my GD-directory for my site?
