Unable to translate "Send Enquiry" to "Book Demo

    Thanks for support. I have one more query. When we go to add listings, into description box, we won’t see the text editor. It just a simple text description, no more options like justify, bold, insert image, hyperlink and all. So how could we enable that feature? thanks

    Enable the Description editor for each price package at:

    GD > Prices and Payments > Package > Disable editor? > No

    That worked. 🙂 I feel sorry to keeping you engaged for last few days. I appreciate your support. I’ll recommend to my friends whom so ever want to invest in directory business.

    There is two more issues here:
    1. Last night I updated the email for admin purposes in setting>email. But still, when someone submit listings, or sign up, they getting emails from the old one (Verma.varun71@gmail.com). how do I fix it?

    2. Please suggest how we can make a customer field to upload 360 images into listings. this is very important to add 360 content. Please suggest anything to fix this.

    1. Could it be your hosting service sending the email using that address? Also check out: http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-change-sender-name-in-outgoing-wordpress-email/

    Hello,

    yes, contact the host as this is not a GD issue. If updating the wordpress settings isn’t helping then the host is the next logical contact point.

    We would be happy to take a look to make sure the files are in the right place.

    Can you provide CPanel access?

    About the SSH error, can you send a link?

    I was able to open the zip and will pass it on to the developers.

    You could also contact a GD Expert about using a plugin ti display a custom image. For example, they might come up with a solution where 1) make a custom image field to upload the image, then 2) have another custom field that uses a shortcode to display the image 3) using an existing plugin like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-vr-view/

    There is one more thing, I’m unable to locate buddypress integratiion settings. I did install the plugin, stil not to operate via my dashboard?
