Unable to Update Plugins

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I’m unable to update the following:

    GeoDirectory Pricing Manager
    GeoDirectory Location Manager

    The other plugin updated correctly and I have both my Dev URL and my Production URLs entered into the Site Manager and they appear active.

    I’m running a fully licensed GeoDirectory V2 and all of my licenses are current.

    Hello,

    sorry to hear about that. We want that to be smooth, so, we can debug that issue. Just write back with WP Admin and FTP so we can look into it.

    In the meantime, if you need to update, you can do it manually as described here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/installing-addons/#manual

    One thing you can try: click on the license link, copy the license, deactivate, paste the license back in and activate. If it activates, great, refresh the page and update. If it doesn’t try copy/pasting your license in again from your-account here on the site.
