    Good Afternoon

Since updating to Geodirectory v2, when trying to update its associated plugins I am getting a licence expired error. Please, can you advise where I need to re-enter my licence keys in order to rectify this.

    Many Thanks, Dan

Make sure the WP Easy Updates plugin is active and then enter your licenses on the plugins page.
If they are there already you may have to de-activate and re-activate them.
    Thanks

    Hi Guust,

Following the update to version GeoDirectory v2, I appear to have lost the ability to add my licence keys on the plugins page.

    Regards
    Dan

    Hi Dan,

Thanks for your reply. I’m able to use the GD plugin without issues. Could you check now?

    Hi Kor

The primary plugin Geodirectory plugin and all of the child plugins are working fine. The problem I am having is that I am prompted to update the child plugins but when I try and do this, I get the error message ‘Update Failed: ( more info ) – Download failed. Unauthorized’. It advises me to renew my licence but it is some time until my licence expires. If you can advise where I now need to put my licence keys maybe re-entering them will resolve the problem.

    Regards
    Dan

    Hi Dan,

Thanks for your reply. You can refer to this section of the documentation https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/faq/troubleshooting/#missing that explains how to fix the missing license key box.

    Hi Kor

I have followed the instructions and the licence key fields are now visible. The only points to note are the folder I used was “wp-content/mu-plugins” and not “wp-content/mu-plugin”

Many thanks for your assistance with this.

    Regards
    Dan
