Hey… I see that this topic is fairly popular, but haven’t found any solution in the forums. Sorry if I missed it.

Every time there are plugin updates, I cannot automatically update them. In the past, I have deactivated the license and then reactivated the license (which is a pain — I know I don’t need to tell you that.)

This time, however, I can’t deactivate the license for the plugins. I get an error message that the plugin license wouldn’t deactivate and to contact support. So, I’m contacting you.

    Thank you in advance

had a lot of other issues because updates broke the site completely… not sure that it had anything to do with GeoDirectory, so I’ll get back with you on this. Thanks!

    Hi,

    credentials provided are still wrong.

None of your licenses is active for any domain.

    Did you see this? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates

You must go to GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licensing. Enter and activate each license key that you can find here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/bjbowen/

Let us know how it goes,

    Thanks

Login is working now… sorry about that.

Yes, I went to the Auto Updates and tried to paste in the correct license number. It won’t let me. So, I clicked on the “Deactivate License” button, and I get the error message, “License not deactivated! Please seek support.”

Thanks for your quick reply. You are awesome. And this is an amazing plugin. Thanks for your help.

Deactivated and cleared using this method https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/updates-translations-bcc-e-mails-invoices/#post-197346

Now you can proceed adding the right license keys and update.

    Thanks
