I started upgrading my page from GDv1 to GDv2. First the license key for the yearly subscription is still not working for upgrading the Addons for GDv2. I had to insert all the individual license keys.
Anyhow, this worked at the end.
The mass upgrade failed, I have not put it to debug, but I uploaded all addons by hand and activated them. This process is not working well.

But now I see that all the information from the old “GD business hours” has not been converted. Very surprising for me. How to get them work in GDv2?

I have stopped the migration on my local test server as the information of the “old” GD business hour addon is needed for me. In the early discussions this was promised to have it.

    Best regards,
    Dirk

    Hello,

The “Membership Key” will work for any addons installed from the extensions menu, but is not retroactive to addons installed through WP – Plugins – Add New

GD – Extensions – Install addons (Works with Membership key)

GD Business hours are not converted, that is a 3rd party plugin. You can contact the GD Experts if you need help with 3rd party plugins.

    Hello Alex,

I mean during the upgrade I had valid license keys, but the upgrade failed with the Membership key. That should not be.

About the “GD Business hours”. That is not what I have in my memory. I will check the messages. That this is not included in the upgrade process is disappointing.

Could you please make a statement of the support V1? The plugin is already asking for upgrade to V2, so I guess there is no maintenance anymore? Because of the not supported upgrade feature, this is not a good idea (customer oriented)…

Next thing that is not converted correctly is the multi rating.
See images. It is there but no detail ratings are converted…

The license keys are tied to the domain on which they were activated. If the site is cloned/moved or the url is changed then the key must be deactivated and reactivated.

You can make a new topic if you want a new statement about V1. There have been many statements about it in the forum already.

The rating is not looking right, I agree with you. Hard to say without looking into the site. Make a new topic about it when you are ready for us to take a look at your test/stage site.

    lol… noway…
this is a local server and I have no chance to make it public.
Please let me know when this problem is solved.

It already took me 4 hours to get to this state and will not invest more time as the upgrade process is still so buggy (the fix location slug is running into a timeout. Better to use something like ajax)…
