Upgrading from free to paid listing but cannot add images

    Hi There

    using version G2

    My customer has a client that has just upgraded from a free package to a paid package. The free package does not allow images. The paid package does allow images.

    However on upgrading to the paid package they are unable to upload any images and there are no upload image text items.

    If they try to add a profile image the screen grays out and nothing happens and they are unable to add any other images to their listing.

    As extra information. If one selects either package then the package acts as one would expect ie the free no images and the paid images. It is only when upgrading from one to the other.

    Could you please advise.

    ps – she cannot see her invoice either. It is shown as being one but cannot be viewed.

    Hi Alex

    I have just been talking to my customer and he has told me that in fact this customer took out a paid package straight away and did not upgrade (previously he said she did!).

    So this means that she should have been able to upload straight away anyway. Sorry for any confusion and apologies for the misinformation given by my customer.

    So the problem with this is that she cannot upload any images.

    Is it possible to register on your site?
    I was hoping to try as a subscriber and create an account.
    Can you describe the process your client used to add the listing?
    How did they create an account?

    Here is an update. The problem appears to be with the profile of this user. ie she cannot edit her profile picture in her account. Please log in as her and try.

    She also cannot see the invoice although it is clearly there as there is a 1 next to Invoice.

    I have been able to add a test image by going into the listing. It is the profile causing the problem.

    Hi Alex

    Well I think I have got to the bottom of the problem but still need help. It is the UsersWP Profile that you cannot update the images on and is not showing the invoice.

    If you can assist with this that would be great as I cant find anything in the documentation to help.

    I can see the issue, yes. Clicking on the tabs doesn’t work, but the direct link from the GD Dashboard plugin will load the correct tab.

    We will take a deeper look and see what the problem is.

    Hi There

    Thank you. I can see that she can now edit her profile images.

    However, the profile is now not showing her listing and still does not show her invoice although both are indicated as being there by the number 1 next to them under her name in her profile.

    When you select the listing from My listings, nothing now happens.
    Invoice has never shown as an invoice.
