Uploading pics to Add Place (Listing) not working

Hi. I am trying to add an image to a listing.
Unfortunately, when it states “Drop Files Here or Select Files” I am not able to upload an image. I try to attach an image but nothing actually uploads. I even dropped an image in there, but the image never attaches to the listing and its a small file – 300kb.

I have done in this in the backend and also the frontend. Same result – the image does NOT attach to the listing.

I basically have opened a new account on Cloudways to test V2 out and this image problem. I had the same problem on my website, but thought let me check it out on a new brand server with only Astra and Elementor plugins installed. But it is still giving me this problem.

So, pls provide a solution to this problem. Its a new server with hardly anything installed. Why isnt it working? I have 3 free days of this trial I am hoping you can look into this issue quickly. I can provide you with the login info.
