Hi. I am trying to add an image to a listing.
Unfortunately, when it states “Drop Files Here or Select Files” I am not able to upload an image. I try to attach an image but nothing actually uploads. I even dropped an image in there, but the image never attaches to the listing and its a small file – 300kb.I have done in this in the backend and also the frontend. Same result – the image does NOT attach to the listing.
I basically have opened a new account on Cloudways to test V2 out and this image problem. I had the same problem on my website, but thought let me check it out on a new brand server with only Astra and Elementor plugins installed. But it is still giving me this problem.
So, pls provide a solution to this problem. Its a new server with hardly anything installed. Why isnt it working? I have 3 free days of this trial I am hoping you can look into this issue quickly. I can provide you with the login info.

Thanks so much.March 6, 2019 at 7:33 pm #473094Hello,

March 6, 2019 at 7:46 pm #473106Hi Alex. Pls go to ADD LISTING.
Drop/Attach a pic to the listing.
Then press submit listing.
No picture is attached to the listing!!!
That is the problem. Not sure why an image is not uploaded with listing. Its a new server with hardly any plugins. I did this to test it out. So, has to be a problem with GD possibly?March 6, 2019 at 8:29 pm #473136I’m sorry, what I meant was I could not see the cause of the issue (not that there wan’t an issue).
The developers have been alerted and will take a look.

March 8, 2019 at 10:58 am #473538Check your htaccess file for something like this:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} curl [NC,OR]A Cloudways fresh install would not have that, but your local install, which you cloned to cloudways, would have included the local htaccess. That local htaccess may have had a rule similar to the above.
March 8, 2019 at 11:44 am #473544Had the same issue, customers SSL cert was not properly configured. Test with some SSL checker tool: https://www.digicert.com/help/

March 8, 2019 at 9:31 pm #473674Problem solved!!!
I just updated the SSL Certificate.
I think when you clone or do staging on your website it may not properly transfer the SSL certificate over. So, you need to load a new certificate. This fixed the problem for me. So, if anyone has a problem with this in the future get a new ssl certificate, especially if cloning or staging.
Thanks guys!!!
