Users not given option to upload image

    I have users unable to edit or upload new images to their listings. I have checked to make sure that the image field is available for all packages. I AM able to add images on the backend, but I was not able to access it on the frontend. Is there something else I should try?

    Make sure the field is included in the Price package

    Yes, I have verified that the option and field is available in the Price package. I might try deleting it and adding it back? Or, is there any other thing that could keep it from showing up on front end for user?

    OK – I think I found another place where it wasn’t “added” to the front end. Thank you for the link, Alex! I had to go to the Place Settings/Custom Fields and edit the Image field directly to make sure that the packages were selected there. I had only gone to the Place Settings/Packages to make sure the image option was added there.
