v2 GD shortcodes not working

    I restored the site I shared with you before and re-ran the upgrade in preparation for our production upgrade…to make sure I can do it and I end up with the same result. That is, the shortcodes don’t translate on any page. Clearly, Kiran was successful, and I wondered if he could share what he did outside what’s listed in the upgrade steps as I’ve tried it six or seven times…no success.

    Hello,

    Ignore above error, because it shows that error when plugin is of v2 but conversion is not done.

    We have recently some changes in for v1 to v2 conversion.
    Please provide us Admin, FTP, phpMyAdmin credentials with v1 data. Or you can try this development version form your side https://github.com/AyeCode/geodirectory

    Please update all V1 plugins first, most of them need updating.
    Conversion will only work successfully with the latest versions.

    Also, support for non-current members is only available for websites where only the core plugin is installed and used.
    So until all plugins and your membership are up to date, we can only assist with a website where all GD addons are deleted.

    I didn’t realize that the WP Easy Update wasn’t installed…and therefore we WEREN”T up-to-date as once I installed it a bunch more of the addons tried to update. SOOOO, we extended our license and now I’m trying to get the new licenses updated/added so that I can upgrade…I’m having a bit of trouble with that. The license dialogues in the plugin list are all greyed out and I can’t enter updated licenses. I’ll figure it out and try the upgrade with the truly upgraded add-ons based on WP Easy Update
