Waited for Whoops v2, now says License expired despite one more day?

    Hi,

    I bought a four-month license on December 30.

    Tried updating to v2 when v2 came out. Wondered why the sites broke, then read that v2 still not good for Whoops.

    So waited… still no Whoops v2, so decided to just switch to simpler themes to push through a v2 update.

    Was doing it today, which apparently is the last day of the license… updating the Events/LocationManager and other plugins, says license is expired.

    Please advise.

    Well there is good news and bad news….
    It looks like your membership did expire yesterday.
    However, Whoop! v2 will be free, it is currently in the wp.org review queue (this can take weeks) and we will be releasing a beta on the forums here later today 🙂

    Whoop v2 Beta Download

    For the moment, this should be used in staging sites only. It’s the first beta release and it’s probably not 100% ready for prime time.
