I guess you are talking about the one in the featured area, not the one you added at GD Home Content.

To change the one in the featured area, review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-remove-the-popular-categories-section-from-the-home-page/ and https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#popcats

Just add this to the shortcode: title=’Common Categories’

Thanks, yes, the Popular Categories on the homepage in the top section below the search fields.

Does Popular Category sort by popularity? meaning, does it show the most popular category first? It appears to right now but I’m not sure if that’s accidental or not. If it’s in fact sorting by popularity I’ll probably leave it for now because if so at least it is correctly labeled.
