    Thanks for your reply. We did not touch your Website since you’re not eligible for support. You need to login to the account where you purchased our addons and we’ll assist you further with this.

    Hello Kor,
    Someone on your team created a single type template to, I’m assuming test out the widget issue I was having (without knowing ahead of time that we needed premium). I know it was your team because I gave you guys my login, and it said the template was created that day. The page is being redirected to the template your support made. Can you tell me where you created the redirect for the page to use the Single’s Template you created?
