Widget not Showing on the GD Details page??

    I have a few shortcodes at the top of the GD Details page and whenever I try to add a widget, it will populate when editing, but after saving the widget never shows. I’ve tried deleting the widget and adding it again and waiting a few days to see if the server needed time to catch up but it still doesn’t show. Can someone think of another way I can troubleshoot this?

    Hello,

    Are you using Supreme theme?

    What widget are you trying to add, and to which sidebar?

    Please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply if we need to check any settings.

    Hello,
    I go to pages, search for GD Details, edit, edit with elementor, scroll down to the post widget you see with the 2 rows and 3 columns. That widget is shown there when editing, but when I search for a vendor through learnsativa.org/finder (click a vendor like Curaleaf), that widget is no longer showing at the bottom of the page.

    You are using premium plugins on your site.

    Support for Free Users (non members) is provided for website where only the core plugin is installed and used. If addons are installed and used (even only one addon), the user will have to subscribe again before being able to receive support.

    Hello Alex,
    When you guys were troubleshooting, did someone change any settings and not revert them back? The GD Details page is no longer showing any sidebar or our map and we didn’t change anything.

    You can edit the GD Details template by adjusting the Elementor themer layout for the GD Single.

    You can turn Elementor back on for the GD Details page, but it will not work.

    Hello,
    I know that I can use Elementor. I’m asking what someone from your support changed since the page now looks different and I never touched it since asking my initial question. Someone moved things around on a vendor page without asking and I can’t change it back.
