WP All Import + Reviews

    Is there an effective way to import reviews at the same time as our listings so they’re attached?

    We do have the latest version of WP All Import + the addon for GD.

    Yes I did see that before posting! The problem is that I’m not really sure how it applies to my specific situation. At the moment the site we’re building is completely new so there are no listings, reviews, or anything like that. We’re hoping to import about 400 listings from another system (100 of them have reviews).

    When I look at that documentation it seems to be referring to items already having a comment_ID – which these wouldn’t. My hope is to just make one big CSV and import the listings as well as the reviews in a single shot.

    Is that not doable? It’s unclear by the documentation.

    You will first need to import your listings.
    Once imported, then export the listings. This will give you a post ID for each listing.

    The post ID then becomes the comment_post_ID when you import the reviews.
