it seems like file permission issue.I am not able to set the file permissions using FTP.
so can you please set proper 755 permissions to WP folders from cpanel.

1. You can delete the entries from wp_geodir_gd_place_detail table from database.
Since you have no post for gd_place post type. but **Make sure to take database backup first**2. your messages are private so will not be accessible by any other except GD support team.
