Hello,
I too am using Buddypress (and Buddypress Integration plugin) and am having the same issue: the login field requests ‘Email Address’ not ‘Username’ – entering the correct email address results in login failure (username logs in ok)
I believe I have the site set to Buddypress login already, as suggested above.
I haven’t mastered translation files yet so am not ready to look at that route.
Admin creds to follow.
That’s great,
Thanks Paolo – and thanks developers too!
Thanks Paolo,
that’s great – all working now.
Adrian
Hi Paolo,
OK – I can see the logic in having the tab work instantly like all others (I’ll accept it and move on!)
Thanks,
AdrianHi Paolo,
no worries!
Adrian

Alternatively I am thinking of a solution of having a fieldset and listing tab called ‘Sister Businesses’ or ‘Linked Businesses’ etc, with the user able to add links to these other listings through the front-end as links fields. You could even charge to have this enabled on a case-by-case basis (or as a separate price package) if you don’t want all listings to have this capacity.
May be of no use – but then again may be!
AdrianThis reply has been marked as private.Hi,
this is marked as resolved, but I don’t think it is: Franchises tab is still only displaying 1 of the Franchises despite being set to show more.
I tried setting the no. of franchises to be displayed to 8 in case having it set to show 12 when there are less franchises was having an effect (a long shot, admittedly) – but I am still only having 1 franchise displayed when I click on franciseS.
Any ideas?
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private.Ah, I had been mistakenly thinking that I had to have the ‘Show on Listing Page’ ticked in order to have the fields show on listing tabs. now I know that is not the case I can do some tidying up!
I am still wondering why clicking on the Franchises Tab shows only a small number of the Franchises instead of them all (in which case shouldn’t the tab be labeled ‘Show SOME of the Franchises’?!) – is there a logic to to how it selects the smaller number, in case I can somehow let users know this? I am sure I will be asked this once the site goes live and listings with Franchises are added?
Thanks,
AdrianThis reply has been marked as private.Hi Paolo,
I have tested and it works fine – an elegant solution at the bottom of the add franchise form. Thank you – and please pass on my thanks to your developer.
Best wishes for the New Year to all at Geodirectory!
