Thanks Guust,
I’ll leave as-is until I hear back then.

This reply has been marked as private.Your “Screen options” in “edit listing pages does not work, some plugin conflict I guess. Normally you can add the franchise options in the sidebar there:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/franchise-manager-add-on/#backendShould the back-end franchise options in the side bar be present for the main listing as well as the franchises? Currently I have the sidebar for the franchise, but not on the main listing.
Thanks
Thanks Guust,
I don’t have the resources to set up another test site, but will try turning other plugins off and see what happens – I take it that I can leave buddypress and buddypress integration on?
Thanks,

Anyway, I’ll have to get to grips with translation files sooner rather than later then.
Thanks
December 9, 2015 at 5:57 pm in reply to: Confused Add Images description on listing subission page #63079Hi Paolo,
yes, unfortunately a significant number of my packages allow just 1 image – and every time someone will try to add a listing then they will be confused by this, leading to the possibility of one or more of: a) unnecessary work for me in responding to queries about this confusion; b) possible complaints that ‘when I added my listing it said that I could add more photos on a detail gallery – but I can’t – that’s what I paid for’! Either way, not good things for a stat-up business to have to deal with (unneccessarily).
I’m not sure why you are happy to allow a ‘buggy-out-of-the-box’ experience like this – confusion for those adding listings and hassle for directory administrators – asking that everyone learn how to manipulate translation files instead of making a simple fix by removing the first bracketed clause of the description (which as well as being redundant is grammatically incorrect!) 🙁
December 9, 2015 at 1:46 pm in reply to: Custom Field: Multiselect Display Type not saving 1st attempt #63040You are welcome!
That’s great – thanks Paolo
ok – thanks Stiofan!
Thanks Stiofan,
I’ve had a look – and at some other stuff I found – it looks a bit technical for me … would I be OK, for example, just setting the schema type to BedandBreakfast for a category for Bed and Breakfasts within a CPT for accommodation? is it that simple? Or should I beware of unforeseen implications of doing so?
Adrian
Ok – I expect this is not a priority, but could it be flagged for consideration next time Coupon functionality is looked at?
Thanks
