Sorry, I meant you can post the contents of your GD Detail template here.
Look for [gd_single_taxonomies] in your GD Details template and remove it.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/page-design/
You can try to make 3 CPTs, and then 3 Packages (Super Enhanced and Basic) for each one and see how that works for you.
If it is too complex, then scale back to one CPT with a variety of categories and 3 price packages (Super Enhanced and Basic).
We would be happy to take a look to see if we can find the problem. The cusotmization you want involves two parts, one of which is re-ordering the tabs. Did you already do that? RE: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/moving-event-date-from-sidebar/#post-448975
Please be sure to have completed all the steps for configuration, and do check to see that your plugins are all up to date.

If you see them get saved then let us know and we can take a look. The user receives a warning that a switch in package may result in loss of data but still the form attempts to leave data in place as much as possible, though limits are enforced on save.

Hello,
1. Y
2. Y – or view the main listing on the frontend to add a franchise.the reason it works that way is because the franchise listings usually share much of/most of the information of the main listing. The franchise options allow the user to decide which/how much is shared, saving the trouble of needing to keep the franchise listings up to date.
We will consider your feedback for the V2 update coming soon.
December 3, 2018 at 4:21 pm in reply to: Multilocation and advanced search filter not working #456926Hello,
You can configure Multilocations at
GD – Multilocations
In those settings you choose whether to allow any or just a few or just one location.
If you select “Multi” for each option, then, when you add a new listing, the new location will be added with the listing (less work for you!).
If you would like us to check your settings you can make a private reply with your WP Admin credentials so we can view your settings.
December 3, 2018 at 4:19 pm in reply to: There was an issue determining where GeoDirectory Plugin is installed and activa #456925GD Booster is not compatible with V2. Use any other cache plugin.
GeoDirectory Dashboard is for V1 and not compatible with V2 and should be deleted. Dashboard is built into core for V2.
GeoDirectory ReCaptcha is for V1 and not compatible with V2 and should be deleted. A new version for V2 will be available soon.
Once these were deactivated I activated UserWP without issue. Please check and let us know.
December 3, 2018 at 2:36 pm in reply to: Can't find feature listing setting in v2 pricing manager #456917Claim Listing will add a setting to the Packages tab that allows you to choose which packages are available. So, If the listing is in Package A, Package A is set to allow claim with Package DEF. Package B is set to allow claim with Package BCG.
There will not be a separate way to bill for Featured listings in the near future, but the developers understand the idea. Some members have chosen to create a product or item for sale that when purchased signals the site manager to go set a package to Featured for a certain period of time.
1. No, but we are not website speed support, we are support for WPGeoDirectory. A CDN is what was identified as a possible solution.
2. Yes, but you will need a different plugin to use it; there are a wide variety of them available on wp.org
3. This is not known at this time, but we are just finishing up making the most important addons compatible.
4. There already is a conversion tool; some manual configuration will be needed, but how much is determined by how complicated the site is with V1.There are not, just columns for the listings layouts built into GD.
December 3, 2018 at 10:41 am in reply to: There was an issue determining where GeoDirectory Plugin is installed and activa #456895Could you share your WP admin access in private reply so that we could check on it?
Hello,
We can take a look at that.
First though, please check your settings to see if you have set your Media folder settings correctly:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#media
Please include WP Admin credentials in a private reply if we need to check your settings.
That error is not generated by GeoDirectory. Try disabling other plugins to find out which one is handling that.
Marking this thread as resolved, please open a new topic if you have more questions.
Thanks
