I will flag your question for the developers, but, from my testing it looks like changes to the categories field values result in the field values being completely reset, and then the first field listed is used as the URL.The developers have been alerted, thanks for your patience until they can provide an update.

It looks like you have extensive information stored inside the description area of the post.
Unfortunately the site description content is not loading and I cannot see the details there to examine it.
Can you be more specific about the issue? Is it that description content is not being output to the display?
October 29, 2018 at 6:35 pm in reply to: Individual Forms To Go To Listing Owner For Locations #451760If you mean that you want to add fields to the “Send Enquiry” form, these are two options you can try:
1) Edit it with filters, https://wpgeodirectory.com/customise-send-enquiry-form/
2) Try integration with a 3rd party form: https://wpgeodirectory.com/formidable-forms-in-geodirectory-tabs/
For 1) you may not need to edit any files, just add the snippet: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/useful-plugins/#snippets
Have you changed the site to SSL/https? Any other recent changes?
October 29, 2018 at 4:42 pm in reply to: Same category does not show the content of the entire place #451739It looks like the second link does not have a location assigned to it.
We can take a look at the settings if you like, just create a private reply with WP Admin and your login URL so we can take a look.
In the case of adding a category, preserving the original category (and not deleting it) is mandatory to preserve the URL.
The only option for setting the default through the form is to use the ajax-chained input widget.
October 29, 2018 at 4:13 pm in reply to: Same category does not show the content of the entire place #451733Hello,
can you please send the URL for an example of each?
They are both there, probably. One shows cities, one shows regions and cities.
You can review your settings in the Multilocations tab.
If you are using the full location in the URL, great, then visit the WP Permalinks and save.
It can take some time for permalinks changes to show up in the Google results.
I’m sorry but that is not possible without a customization.
Hello
you have enabled the “Autocomplete” option for near search.
When a location is selected, only search results IN that location will be shown.
You can disable the option, then every results will be a NEAR results, as shown in the other image.
Hello,
please update all the GD addons, and if that doesn’t resolve the issues we can take a deeper look.
Hello,
you can clear the page. Try reloading it and clicking the “Click here” link at the top. Screenshot attached.
Let us know
The original will b preserved if another is added. If the original is removed, though, then yes it wll also be removed from the URL.
To keep the page URL the same, add more categories without removing the original.
Further, if there are two categories, you can use the Ajax chained’ option to select a default category as shown in the image below. The default will be used in the URL.
Hello,
I am still getting a 500 error when I do a near search.
Can you please paste here the search results URL so I can see if it matches what I am getting here: https://wimbledoncommunity.org/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&s=birthday+parties&snear=wimbledon&sgeodir_location%5B%5D=&sgeo_lat=36.0937865&sgeo_lon=-95.89257470000001
Please contact your host about the 500 error. Ask them to check the log for the reason for the error. It could still be some sort of security blocking, but it is happening even when logged in with the account you sent.
Before we take another look, please update your plugins. The ones that aren’t display the ‘License’ link are very out of date. Updating those may fix the problem.
You can try this method for updating. Once they are up to date the new versions will take advantage of automatic updates.

If the problem persists, write back to let us know and we can take another look.
Hello,
Make sure the plugin versions match. V1 and V2 plugins cannot be mixed and matched.
If you are runing V2, then only download the addons highlighted in orange at /your-account/
