WHere are you seeing these errors reported?
The recurring event details should be saved with the listing, and should be editable.
It does not create a separate listing for each recurrence. Instead, there is some magic with the listing and detail page views so that clicking on the Event title for a specific recurrence loads the detail page showing the event date for the specific recurrence.

Yes, you can add as many listings as you like.Are you asking something about the user account? Is there a problem with it? One user can add many listings, but a person must be a user to add a listing.

the listings you have linked are recurring, and the expiry process will not move them to a draft state (expired) unless a cancellation is received from a payment gateway, either stripe or paypal.
Also, these particular listings look like they were setup without payment/invoices, so there is no subscription cancellation that is going to result in these listings being expired.
As I understand it you are not using those recurring payment gateways, and so should not use recurring features in the price packages. Instead untick recurring and set the listing period as you like. Then users will receive pre-expiry notifications and can renew or, if they don’t renew, then the listing will expire.

The best way to add locations to your site s by adding listings. The locations will be added automatically with each listing.

The example URL you shared, that place had no category, it looked like the category had been deleted, so a new one needed to be assigned.
Also, please review the setting at:
GeoDirectory – Permalinks – LISTING DETAIL PERMALINK SETTINGS – Listing url prefix
You have “places’ there but I would think that is also the setting for ‘places’ CPT and we would recommend you change it to ‘directory’.
If you install the CPT addon you can review those settings and setup additional features for places and events.

About the warning, it is just for information purposes and can be ignored.
You can use the options in the Places Settings to remove many of the items:
Places Settings – Custom Fields – Field – Show in What Locations – Remove Map Bubble here.
