Hello,
Yes, I see what you mean there. It looks like many listings are being placed into different cities, and not Sydney proper.
The first link is searching “ONLY WITHIN SYDNEY PROPER” so the results will only return listings that are in Sydney proper, based on the value of the “City” field.
The second link will search all around the ‘center’ of Sydney, and that ‘center’ is part of the URL
lat=-33.8688197&sgeo_lon=151.20929550000005I will flag this for Guust who knows more about Australian addresses.
Hello,
The overall process connects several pieces together.
To connect the user, to the listing, to the invoice, to a payment, and then sometimes to a subscription/recurring schedule.
The user needs an account first, the account is then associated with the listing, and then comes payment for a package for the listing. This is the way things work at this time.
The reason for this is plain enough, first that there are multiple steps to the process, and then that it is better to err on the side of connecting users to listings, generally, to enable follow up communications, than to have them drop off at the cart before they have claimed a listing.
The Claim Manager allows for the hands-off management of this process, but maybe you are more hands on?
How are you connecting with your customers? Maybe you don’t need such a hands-off claim process.
Can you setup their accounts for them and link them to the listings? That is possible, with manual effort, and would achieve something closer to what you are looking for by eliminating some of the steps they would normally need to take.

Hello,
please write back with FTP information and we will take a deeper look to find the issue.
You can set the View type for listing pages inside the Design settings, for each of the Search, Listing, and Detail page.
Are you looking for map icons? Try this: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/where-can-i-find-map-markers/
Hello,
did you try visiting /wp-admin/ ?
You might have checked off the option the first GD settings page to hide the Admin bar from normal users.
Untick that once you can access the backend.
Hello,

We would be happy to take a look at your settings to see if we can find the problem.
Please be sure to have completed all the steps for configuration, and do check to see that your plugins are all up to date.

Items that are paged (and part of the query) will also be shown.
Right now it shows a number less than 20 so it shows the same.
GD Listing has some paging options too.
Yes, that is the case for all the GeoDirectory template pages selected in the GD Permalinks, and then specifically for the add listing shortcode which takes over the page. In some cases it is possible to add text to a header area, but the content area is overwrriten, and we have seen cases where content in the add listing page content area causes a conflict with the add listing page.
