yes, the text area is a WP comment, and the reviews are attached to the comment and the custom post.

the image gives us a hint that some of the software (js files) is not loading completely.
You can try clearing the cache in the browser.
If there is still an issue, then please send the page URL and credentials so we can access and test it. We will also need to know the OS, browser and version.

There is a setting to prohibit non-admins from seeing the dashboard in the main settings at
GeoDirectory – General – Allow user to see wp-admin area
GeoDirectory does not have settings for redirection after login, so, you would need another plugin like UsersWP to do that. https://userswp.io

It looks like the google cloud account needs billing information now to be attached to the API projects in use.

And was the email sent to / received by the customer? And a copy to the admin?
If the emails show up in the log, but are not received (even in SPAM), then it is usually a hosting related issue.
At any rate, if the error is persistant, and the log says the email was created, I would ask:
Are other email being created but not sent out / received?
If so, then these are good reasons to contact the host about the issue.
Other things the host might be sensitive about:
Have you already set a domain email like [email protected]?
Are you already using a delivery service like SMTP or other 3rd party delivery?We can take a look at your settings, just send over your site details in a private reply so we can do that.

It sounds like you have verified that the email notification is being created, and maybe sent, too?
Which notification are we talking about?
And you are saying you also received an admin BCC on it? -
