HI,
the button responds, for me, using Chrome.
To do a hard reload, hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5. Or just open the Chrome Dev Tools by pressing F12. Once the chrome dev tools are open, just right click on the refresh button and a menu will drop down.

this is most likely to be fixed by clearing your browser cache and reloading the page.

For the claim button to work for users without an account registration on the site must be opened up so new users can create an account.

You can also add default images for each category within the category settings.
