Hello,
URL slugs are a complex business and I am not aware of any method for using custom fields in addition to location and category, so it would require a complex customization, but I will flag your question for the developers in case they have a workaround.
Hello,
here’s an example you can try, and adjust to meet your needs:
span.gd-date-in-title { display: none !important; }Add that to the GD settings at:
GeoDirectory – Design – Scripts – Custom CSS
For more about customizing your site see:
Hello Gavin,
I’m sorry, but at this time that is not possible without a customization.
Many of the listings on the site do not have categories.
Category is a required field.
Please add categories to all your listings of each type to resolve the issue.
HI Akash,
Please try installing the Email Log plugin from WordPress.org to track the email being sent by your site. Once you log the email you can see if the email is not being created, or if it is being blocked by your host, or confirm that it is being sent.
The default text for ‘near’ can be changed at
GeoDirectory – Design – Search – Near field default value

you can try this CSS at GD – Design – Scripts – Custom CSS and adjust as needed:
.geodir-bubble_desc h4 { background-color: #3498db!important;/* Change BG color */ font-size:15px; /* Change font size */ height: 40px; /* Change box height */ } .geodir-bubble_desc h4 a{ color:#fff!important; /* Change font Color */ }Hello,
with V1 it is not possible to adjust alt/title/description for images without a customization.
With V2 this has been improved. V2 release schedule is discussed here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/geodirectory-v2-release-candidate/
You can contact a GD Expert about the customization here:
http://geodirectoryexperts.comNo idea, but glad it is working now 🙂
Your topic has been flagged for the developers.
Of note: It can take some time for a new Key to start working as expected. If the situation rights itself, let us know.
OK, take a look now, i just selected the icon from the library.
Any email is fine, just use a private reply and share the username and password here.
How do I show the email in the ad detail?
to the right and above. You can choose where to show fields with “Show in what locations” inside the settings for Custom Fields.
