    Hello,

it is not possible to remove the page because it is responsible for saving the data of the listing.

You can use the translation method to change the text on the page and advise your visitors to complete the process or add custom CSS to draw more attention to the submit button.

That is a CSS customization based on the ID of the widget visible in the source code.

To customize it further you can edit the CSS to meet your needs or contact a GD Expert developer.

    AH, I see, that error.

You should try a manual update using this plugin:

    https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/

You can check the section for manual updates near the bottom

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/#updates

Let us know how it goes

Have you already installed WP easy UPdates, and already tried to deactivate and reactivate the License key for the addon on the plugins page? If not try that and let us know.

    Hi!

I did some testing with a blank GD Home page. You can switch GD Home back if you want.

So, it looks like your theme is loading Google Maps.

You can see the map works if you change the theme.

I will flag your topic for the developers to take a look as soon as possible.

You can also contact the theme author and ask them how to prevent the theme from loading the GMaps API.

It would help us with debugging if you could share FTP details in a private reply.

FTP is optional, but can be very helpful

We would be happy to take a look at your settings to see if we can find the problem.

To allow us to examine the site, please create a private reply and include all the information listed below so we can make a complete diagnosis.

    WordPress Credentials
    WP Admin Login URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

Also, your site is saying that the Google Maps API is being loaded twice. Be sure to disable the other plugin that is loading GMaps.

Right, there is one string in there.

OK, so now the last step is to name the file correctly, based on the locale or your site.

It is probably en_CA (or maybe en_US?) I am guessing, but once you check, then name the file with that locale:

    Hello,

you only need on API Key per site, so if you are going to add the key inside the GeoDirectory settings, then you can disable and delete the other plugin.

Right now your site has the following error:

util.js:226 Google Maps JavaScript API warning: NoApiKeys https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys

To get a new key, please use the option at

Geodirectory – Design – Map – Generate API Key (Button)

Try out the key before adding security to see if it works. Make sure when you copy and paste that there are no extra spaces before the key.

It can take some time for a new key to work. This is a Google issue, and may take 5 minutes at least, BUT, the key will not throw errors. So once your key is installed you can reload the page and check for errors.

Once you see “Google API Loaded” and no other Google API related errors in the console it is just a matter of time until it works, and you can start adding your security.

The idea is to know if your key is at issue, or the security settings.

It may be that you started working on a site, then changed the URL or deleted or otherwise decommissioned the site. In this case, follow these steps:

    1. Visit https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/purchase-history/
    2. Select “View Licences” for the product.
    3. Select “Manage Sites”
    4. Select the sites where you want to deactivate the license.
