Hello,
There are some console errors that could mean a plugin conflict. The site plugins look up to date, so we need to take a deeper look.
Please send over FTP information also for further debugging.
Thanks

Let us know if you don’t see them.
You can try Easy Updates for manul updates, more here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/useful-plugins/#easy
I can see the top of the form and the close button in desktop chrome at 1366, SS attached.
Cache issue?
A logo field is a feature of GDV2, but displaying them as the listing image is considered a customization for GDV1.
You can post the code you are working with here and we can try to help.
Hello,
I cannot see any immediate formatting issues with the sheet. Have you tried adding the listing manually and comparing the values you are trying to import?
Which editor did you use? Only LibreOffice is recommended.
There can be only one tab for linked CPTs, and events takes priority.
I am not sure how that double link got there. Send over credentials if you would like us to take a look.
There may be other free or paid plugins that will meet your exact needs but they aren’t a part of Geodirectory and we don’t have any official recommendations.

in order to add a listing, users must be logged in.
Hello,
Listings that are imported are assigned a folder based on the date of creation of the listing and if there is an easy way to adjust that, the developers will let us know.
For the translation, be sure your files are only in the folder: wp-content/languages/plugins
For more details about translation see: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/translation/overview/
There is no setting or option for that so it would be a customization, but a member recently shared their solution for adding a body class: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/selector-for-claimed-listing-status/#post-430552
For listings the same thing is possible:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/differentiate-claimed-and-unclaimed-listings/#post-402347Once the class exists then the rule for hiding an image can be made conditional based on the body class.
I can’t find the thread at the moment, maybe because they changed the name. Regardless, this appears to be the final free version of Types, and the next version is being rolled into the paid Toolset framework. That said, the free Toolset Types plugin does detect “Places” as shown in the screenshot.
Posts 2 Posts still works though, and the wiki has some projects that I haven’t tested but claim to create a UI.
The basic usage doc explains how to create and show many-to-many connections: https://github.com/scribu/wp-posts-to-posts/wiki/Basic-usage
It looks ok to me. Can you share the URL of a page that is unresponsive so we can see the issue?
Hello Peter,
Please make a new post about that in the forum linked here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/forum/geodirectory-core-plugin-forum/geodirectory-translations/

Te link will only appear if the listing has a value for the ’email’ field.
