Reviews are added on listing Detail pages. Is that what you are looking for?
If the word being typed is part of the title then it will show that title as a related listing, and it cannot be removed without changing the title of the listing.
The names of locations should not be used as categories, that is true.
It is not possible to avoid categories, every listing must have at least one category applied to it.
You don’t want/need different map icons on the map for different listings?
It works for me when I use ’16’ as default and ’16’ as the option in this list ‘1,12,14,16’

GD V1 does not have any features for hide/show content based on roles.
UsersWP does not yet have these features either. Please feel free to show your interest with a post to UsersWP forum.
Some members have reported success when using S2 Members for page access.
Make a new multisite for each group of cities.

Tags (Titles and Meta tags) are not available in CPT Settings Description, but this is something we are looking at for V2.
